Description
If you have no goose liver, doesn't mean you need to abandon this dish. Replace goose liver to chicken, Turkey... whatever gets. It is very tasty.

Cooking
Onions to chop and extinguish on a frying pan 2 to 3 minutes, cool slightly.
Goose liver cut into small pieces. Herbs finely chopped, egg, lightly beat with a fork.
Mix the liver, onions, herbs, add 1 tbsp of lemon juice, honey, egg, stir, add the flour, salt, seasoning, let stand for 15 minutes.
On a well-heated pan pour vegetable oil and put a spoon of the hepatic mass.
Fry as fritters for 5 minutes on each side.
