Lepeshechki goose liver
If you have no goose liver, doesn't mean you need to abandon this dish. Replace goose liver to chicken, Turkey... whatever gets. It is very tasty.

Ingredients

  • The goose liver

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Parsley

  • Honey

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 tsp

Onions to chop and extinguish on a frying pan 2 to 3 minutes, cool slightly.

Goose liver cut into small pieces. Herbs finely chopped, egg, lightly beat with a fork.

Mix the liver, onions, herbs, add 1 tbsp of lemon juice, honey, egg, stir, add the flour, salt, seasoning, let stand for 15 minutes.
