Description
This dish is very popular here in Portugal, the country where I live for about 10 years. It is prepared in almost all restaurants specializing in seafood and of course at home. Can be served as an appetizer or on the second. It may seem unusual combination of champagne, but I sincerely suggest to try, it's delicious! :-)

Cooking
On a heated pan pour olive oil, sprinkle with salt, throw in garlic, Bay leaf, red pepper, then shrimp fry. If they took the shrimp raw (green) and fry until the redness.
When the prawns are almost ready, sprinkle with lemon juice and cover with a lid for about 5 min..
Take out the shrimp, put on a dish, the oil from frying, pour a little white wine. Cipnet and ready! The resulting sauce pour on the shrimp. Served with chilled white wine, better still with chilled Brut champagne type and white bread lightly toasted in the toaster.
