Potato and carrot casserole
This vegetable casserole can be a wonderful addition to your meat dishes.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    225 g

  • Carrots

    225 g

  • Onion

    225 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Cheese

    40 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Onions, carrots and potatoes you must slice it into thin strips.

Melt the butter and fry the chopped garlic (30 sec.)

Add the vegetables, stir and season.

Remove the vegetables from heat and transfer to a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs refractory form. Vegetables should be well pressed to make a flat pie. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for about an hour until casserole gets crispy on the sides and soft in the center.

When the casserole is ready, sprinkle with grated cheese and place in oven for 1 minute to melt cheese. Bon appetit!
