Cooking
Mix semolina with sour cream until smooth and leave for 1 hour.
Egg whisk with sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Add the melted butter. Mix well.
Add manno-sour cream mixture and carefully stir until smooth.
Cornmeal, flour, baking powder and salt to sift into a separate bowl. Gradually powdering flour mixture, knead the dough (dough consistency turns thicker than for pancakes).
Add pre-washed and dried raisins, mix well.
Form for baking (diameter of my 20 cm) slightly grease with vegetable oil, spread the batter and level the top. Bake pie in a preheated 190 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Readiness check wooden skewer.
