Appetizer of caviar cod, salted salmon and pickled beetroot

Ingredients

  • Caviar

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Gelatin

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Beets

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Salmon

1. Gelatin to dissolve in half of the cream according to the instructions on the package. Then add the remaining cream, cod ROE, stir and pour into molds.

3. Beets cut into slices. Oil to combine with soy sauce and lemon juice, add salt, pepper, stir well and add beets. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

5. The first version of the submission. In the center of the plate lay the halves of eggs, put on top of jelly. On the one hand to spread rosettes of salmon, with other pieces of beets, I sliced the beets triangles. Top the beets pour remaining marinade.
