Cooking
Whisk the eggs, add sugar, whisk well
Add ammonium (tried with baking powder for the dough, delicious, but... not) and stir the mixture until complete dissolution
Cover with a lid and in the fridge for 5 hours
After a time entered the lard and knead with the flour, pour in your eggs and continue to introduce the flour.
How much flour goes, I do not know.
The dough should be thick, but not tight, you could say, soft and tender.
Roll out the dough into a pancake and cut out the cookies, the molds I have, so I take a glass : ( Beat the egg in a separate bowl pour the sugar
Put the cookies on a greased baking tray, smear with egg and sprinkle with sugar (better to dip them in sugar)
Bake on medium heat for 25-30 minutes or until a nice light brown color
