Cooking
Pear clean from the skin and seeds, then finely chop.
Eggs, sugar, sour cream, condensed milk and half a pear to combine and mix.
Add the flour, baking powder and again mix well.
Divide the dough roughly into 2 parts (visual). One part spread in a greased form and bake for 15-20 minutes until tender. With the second do the same.
Get 2 layers. Let cool, coat with cream 1/2 cans of condensed milk + butter.
Peel the tangerine into slices, remove all plenochki. Stacked in the plate pattern at your discretion and pour warm Jell-o dissolved, allow to cool. It will be a decoration for the top of the cake.
In a water bath melted chocolate with milk and honey. Pour the mix cake, let cool. On top lay frozen jelly, then carefully removing from plates. The cake is immediately put in the fridge (not flowed)
After complete solidification of the decorations put walnuts and grated dark chocolate. Put in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
