Layered Christmas cake with marzipan
We all love cakes, but almost always bake separate cakes and their proslaivaet cream; do not argue - very tasty. But I offer you the options of cake, in which each new layer is superimposed to the previous and well baked. All this with marzipan, brandy and berry jam. Try it - you will not regret.

Ingredients

  • Jam

  • Marzipan

    200 g

  • Cognac

    7 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 pack

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Marzipan

    1 piece

  • Chocolate milk

    200 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

Cooking

[b]the Dough:[/b] a Soft beat butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add brandy.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and ground nuts and add gradually, without ceasing to interfere.

Form to cover with paper and grease. 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of dough evenly on the form.

Send in a preheated 250 degree oven on upper level for 4 minutes (until Golden brown)

On top of this cake to pay the next portion of the test and again in the oven.

And so until then, until the dough will not end. The finished puff cakes carefully remove from the mold and allow to cool. Cut the middle in half.

[b]Filling:[/b] Marzipan mass to stretch and mix with the brandy. Knead until smooth. The resulting mass is spread evenly on the bottom half of the cake.

Top evenly spread the jam. Cover the second half of the cake.

[b]Tip:[/b] the top of the cake evenly again to grease with jam. To deploy the rolled out marzipan and carefully fit them to the whole cake. Flatten and clip the excess.

[b]Frosting:[/b] On a water bath to melt the chocolate. Gradually pour the cream, continuing to stir. Stir until smooth. Lubricate the cake. Decorate as desired and allow to solidify. [b]That's all!!![/b] [b]Bon APPETIT AND TEA!!![/b]
