This year a bumper crop of zucchini, don't have time to process. Offer you a recipe or gratins, simply put, casseroles, peeped I adored Jamie Oliver, with the addition of favorite soy sauce TM Kikkoman. The author notes that the recipe belongs to the country kitchen.

Cooking
I cooked half of the specified number. Take young zucchini, cut into thin rings with a thickness of about 0.5 cm.
Onions cut into small cubes and fry until transparent in vegetable oil over medium heat.
Put in a pan glass of zucchini and lightly fry on both sides.
Pour zucchini with onion soy sauce TM Kikkoman.
Pour beef broth and cream (original creme fraiche).
Sprinkle with freshly-ground mixture of peppers. Simmer on a slow fire until half of the rice for 10 minutes.
Take a baking dish, put it in the chicken with rice so that most of the zucchini on top. The mixture should remain a little liquid, the rice was not dry. If no liquid, add a little broth.
Sprinkle top with grated hard cheese in the original Emmental or cheddar. Put in preheated to 190 degrees oven and bake until the rice is tender and cheese is Golden, 20 minutes. In the original 40 minutes, for me, is too much.
Serve gratin hot. Bon appetit!
