Beef with lemon and early vegetables
What if the promised lunch on the barbecue, and outside the rain and snow!? Offering a delicious solution!

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    12 piece

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Beef

    1000 g

  • Potatoes

    9 piece

Cut the meat into medium size pieces, sprinkle with seasoning /I got a mixture of sweet and hot paprika and dried ground tomatoes/. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon and marinated with onions in soy sauce TM "Kikkoman". I marinated the meat the day.

Meat fry on high heat for the crust. Remove the lemon zest along with the white part, cut into thin slices and add to the meat.

To remove the heat to low, boil the resulting juice and stew until soft.

New potatoes and courgettes cut into slices and roll in vegetable oil. The vegetables I was planning to bake on the grill, but since the weather did not allow me to do so I had to send them in the oven. At maximum t vegetables baked 10 - 15 minutes. Salt already prepared.

Thanks to the marinade the meat turned out flavorful, tender, and the lemon zest gave it a little spice and acidity.
