Cake of millet cereal with plums
What could be better than a rainy autumn evening than a slice of cake flavored with a Cup of hot tea in the family circle. Offer to cook a simple millet-almond cake with plums.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flakes

    130 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Brown sugar

    180 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Drain

    5 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    3 tsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

To make this cake I used millet flakes of TM "Mistral". In the mill was milled almonds and millet flakes, it's important to chop them as small as possible.

In a bowl, mix well the chopped almonds, shredded wheat cereal, whole wheat flour, sifted with baking powder, salt, vanilla.

In another bowl, combine eggs and brown sugar.

Whip with a mixer for about a minute.

Small portions to the egg mixture add the olive oil, continuing to whisk.

To egg mixture add dry ingredients, mix with a spoon.

Round shape (diameter of my ceramic forms 23 cm) smeared with butter.

Pour the batter into the pan.

To prepare the cake I used a big plum if You have a small, increase their number. My plums, cut each into 4 pieces, remove the bones, spread on the dough cut up.

Sprinkle through a strainer 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar.

Bake pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 45-50 minutes, the readiness of the pie, you must check with a toothpick. Cooled the cake again using a strainer, sprinkle with remaining icing sugar. Bon appétit!
