Fish tartare
Great appetizer of salmon and cheese and the piquancy which gives a sweet soy sauce Kikkoman.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    150 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Basil

    5 piece

  • Tarragon

    1 tsp

  • Parsley

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Chop fish and cheese are the same small cubes.

In a saucepan pour the soy sauce, add sugar and bring to a boil.

Add the vinegar and slowly heat to give the mass a bit to thicken. Cool.

Mix fish, cheese and herbs.

Add the mixture of vinegar and soy sauce to the fish and cheese, mix well.

Put the tartare in molds, compacted, and to give to form in the fridge.
