Prepare the spicy glaze. Mix and 2.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp. cranberries, 2 tbsp of soy sauce company Kikkoman, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp. dry ginger, 1 tsp sweet paprika. The soy sauce glaze when baking gives a beautiful Golden color.
Pour all in a saucepan and boil down by half.
Chop the bell pepper, garlic and smoked sausage thin bars. Mix salt, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp rosemary, 1/2 tsp of cumin for rubbing.
