Chicken noodles with meatballs French
Soup is very easy to prepare, but a decent attention to his person. Hearty and warming, very, very delicious soup.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    2.5 l

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Celery root

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Pasta

    100 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Minced chicken

    300 g

  • Crumb bread

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

  • Spices

Then boil the chicken broth. I had chicken karkosik and bones from the chicken legs (cooked chicken rolls). Here I have used. While the broth is cooking, prepare the meatballs.

Onion finely chop and fry. In minced meat add the fried onions, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and the yolk. Carefully stir and a little beat. Remove in the cold for half an hour.

Roll small meatballs and boil them in a small kolichestvo water. Leave them in the broth.

Carrots and celery cleaned and cut into strips. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.

In vegetable oil fry the carrots and celery.

Ready strain the broth and bring to a boil. In the boiling broth to lower the carrots, celery and potatoes, bring to boil and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

Add pasta and cook for 10 minutes.

Whip the egg yolks with the cream and juice from half of a lemon. In the lightly boiling soup put 1 tablespoon of the mixture, mix well.

Add meatballs to soup along with the broth, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Then pour the remaining cream and yolk mixture to heat the soup without boiling, for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat.
