Salad with smoked Turkey
Delicious, light salad with tender and juicy smoked Turkey will not harm the figure and will saturate in the hot summer day!

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    250 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Lettuce

    0.25 coup

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Parmesan

    20 g

  • Bacon

    4 piece

  • Yogurt

    140 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Dill

    0.333 coup

Cooking

Grease the Turkey with spices, salt and cover with teriyaki sauce. Leave for half an hour.

For filling mix chopped garlic, dill and yogurt.

For cooking the Turkey and bacon I used a baking tray Forester.

Chips for podkoptit soak in water and throw on hot coals. Put the pan on top.

Put the Turkey in the pan and fry on both sides until cooked. Bacon spread on a baking sheet and cook for 10-15 seconds on each side.

Coarsely chop the iceberg lettuce, slices cut cucumbers. Spread on a plate.

Put the Turkey on the salad and cucumbers, spread on top of the sauce.

Then the bacon. Sprinkle salad with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
