Cooking
All ingredients for the dough knead it and bake in large baking pan, greased and floured, 2 thin layers. Pour half of the batter, level it on the baking sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for about 15-20 minutes (try the readiness of the splinter). And as the second cake.
Let cool and cut each in 4 strips of equal width.
Prepare the cream: sour cream mixed with condensed milk and add the thickener, whisking with a mixer.
Coat the first strip of cake with cream, a collapsible roll and set in the center of the dish.
The rest of the strips, coat with cream and placed around the Central roll, pressing each layer to the previous one. Having collected all the cake, trim the edges and set overnight in the fridge.
The next day, take out the cake and decorate as desired. I cut the cake into two pieces and moved them relative to one another. Jelly filled silicone molds in the shape of a heart.
And here's a piece: (This is last because not much happened. But the cut is interesting and the cake turns out very juicy).
