Pink strawberry souffle
Very delicate light dessert with bright strawberry flavor and aroma.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Corn starch

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Cooking

Put the strawberries in a container, add sugar and heated on the stove until the juice. Boil is not necessary.

In two different bowls pour the starch and flour. In each of them add half of the strawberry puree, stir carefully to avoid lumps. Then, the two parts being joined.

Whisk whites with a pinch of salt until stable peaks.

Gently combine the strawberries and the whites, put in a greased small ramekins for baking (or ramekin) and put into the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
