Cake of couscous with cheese and tomatoes
Light, hearty and extremely delicious dish. Perfect for diets and baby food, and for the joint family dinner.

Ingredients

  • Couscous

    100 g

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Cooking

Groceries and a bit of tomato in its own juice.

Stir the couscous with spices and salt. Pour hot water, cover and leave for five minutes.

Onions to chop and spasserovat with tomato in olive oil.

Mix couscous with vegetables.

Add cheese and eggs, mix.

Form of grease with olive oil, put the couscous, flatten and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C
