Paprikash with chicken and potatoes
Paprikash - a delicious and hearty dish of Hungarian cuisine. The classic flow of paprikash - usually with dumplings, and I have it boiled with potatoes. Help yourself to hot and spicy dish.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

Potatoes, coarsely chop and boil about 10 minutes after boiling. Then drain and set aside.

Cut chicken meat into small pieces. Onion cut into half rings.

Tomatoes cut into arbitrarily. Bell pepper - strips of pepperoni to taste. If you like spiciness, then take two pieces, if not, then one.

First, fry the chicken until light brown colour, then add onion and paprika, I have one spicy and the other sweet. Fry everything for about 7 minutes.

Then add the peppers and after about five minutes - the tomatoes. When the good tomatoes will give the juice, add sour cream. All salt to taste.

Put the potatoes, bring to boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer, about 20-25 minutes.
