Pie with apricots
This is the most delicious apricot pie I've ever tasted. While preparing it is very simple. Delicious, lush, delicate and very "home&a mp;quot; pie. Dear cooks, please try it!

Ingredients

  • Apricot

    500 g

  • Sugar

    175 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    250 g

Separate the yolks from the whites.

Detachable cake form to lay baking paper, grease and sprinkle with flour. I have a form with a diameter of 25 cm.

Apricots wash, cut into halves, remove seeds.

Butter or margarine to grind with sugar and vanilla sugar. Sweet tooth can put lots of sugar - 200 g is quite enough.

Add the yolks, stir. Add the sifted flour and baking powder, knead the dough. The dough will be quite dense.

Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt to taut peaks. Gently in several stages, to mix the whites into the batter. After that the dough was the lightest.

In the form put half of the dough, put the halves of apricots.

From top to distribute the remainder of the dough, put the pie in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake 35-40 minutes.
