Our ingredients are. I took the coconut milk is already prepared, but You can do it yourself or replace with milk. Although the coconut scent is much stronger.
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately from each other.
Mix well. Get a very liquid dough, but let it does not scare You.
Pour into mold which is suitable for microwave ovens. The dough should be no more than 2/3 of the volume. Bake in microwave oven 4 min. at a power of 800 watts. Let stand for another 5 min inside. Can a cupcake to bake in the glass. Also fill it 2/3 full and bake for 1-1,5 min at 800 watts.
Allow to cool and decorate at your discretion. I use melted chocolate and coconut.
