Description

Peasant cabbage soup
Wonderful thick vegetable soup.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Potatoes

    250 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Broth

    5 cup

  • Cabbage

  • Beans

    1.5 cup

  • Parmesan

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the potatoes and a large pinch of salt. Cook under a lid for about 5 minutes, until potatoes begin to magchat, and a little roast. Stir a couple of times.

Add the onion and garlic. Cook for another couple of minutes.

Add the broth, bring to a boil. Then add the cabbage and cook until it's done.

Add beans, salt and pepper. When boiling, remove from heat.

Serve, sprinkled with olive oil and generously sprinkled with Parmesan.
