Rolls with crab sticks
The combination of crab sticks and avocado with a light citrus note. Perfect for Sunday Breakfast. A pleasant start to an interesting day.

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks

    200 g

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Bun

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Dill

    3 Tbsp

  • Parsley

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Crab sticks cut diagonally rather large pieces.

Avocado peeled and cut into strips.

Now for the dressing. Mix sour cream, mustard (I had beans), 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. You can take the sour cream mixed with mayonnaise, but it is optional. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Add finely chopped dill. Stir.

Gently mix the crab sticks with avocado and dressing.

Rolls put it into the preheated oven for 3-5 minutes to heat them, and the crust was crispy. Top each muffin make a longitudinal section. Take out the rolls a little crumb.
