Salad steamed carrots
I suggest you to prepare vegetable salad of braised carrots with spices, with onions and garlic. It can be served as a separate dish or as a light side dish to meat and fish.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Green olives

    10 piece

  • Green peas

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • A mixture of spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Greens

  • Salt

Cooking

Chop the carrots into long strips or small cubes. I rubbed on a grater for Korean carrot.

In vegetable oil fry the carrots. Then pour 1-2 tbsp of soy sauce and saute on low heat until soft.

Add to the carrot onion and garlic. Stir fry all together until transparent bow.

Then pour the spice mixture for vegetables, coriander mandatory. Warm up all together a few minutes, until fragrant.

Add 1 tbsp of tomato paste, a pinch of sugar. Saute 1-2 minutes, until the vegetables are soaked with tomato sauce.

Add chopped olives, mix well.

Put steamed carrots in a salad bowl and let it cool down. Then add the shredded lettuce cucumber, you can add green peas and sprinkle with herbs. Salad steamed carrots ready.
