Spinach and egg appetizer
Tonight festive and colorful appetizer. This recipe from the holiday issue of our popular Hungarian culinary magazine. Prepare this dish for the holiday and decorate your Easter table with cakes and traditional dishes of spring colored picture.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Spinach

    300 g

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.2 tsp

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Corn

    1 Tbsp

Boil eggs, peel and the end of a sharp small knife to cut a scalloped pattern according to the photos. Protein to penetrate deep into and try to keep a horizontal line in the middle of the balls to come back to the starting point. Take the egg with both hands and gently separate the halves.

Spinach, if fresh, stew in salt water, drain off water, chop and grind in a blender. I have frozen mashed potatoes. Eggs with a spoon to get the yolks, RUB through a sieve and mix with spinach. Then add salt, pepper, squeezed garlic, mustard, nutmeg and mayonnaise, put the egg-spinach weight and again mix well.

Cut slightly the bottom of each egg-blank (for future sustainability) and place half the eggs on a platter. Now to fill with spinach and a mass of confectionery syringe with nozzle "star". And fill egg halves.

Top decorate a yellow grain of corn. Cut tomato into wedges and arrange them around the dish, alternating with the spinach leaves.

I will say that with this additional composition of useful and bright handsome spinach is suddenly playing. Appetizer was bright, delicious, beautiful. Such picturesque plate will grace any festive spring Easter table for sure.
