Delicate and delicious shortbread with fragrant sour-sweet filling of nuts and dried fruit!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.25 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.25 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Prunes

    50 g

  • Dried apricots

    50 g

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.2 tsp

  • Sugar

    50 g

Cooking

Butter, sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar mix.

Add flour and baking powder. Enter the flour gradually, it may take a little less or more.

Roll the dough into a ball and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.

For the filling, grind the nuts.

In chopped nuts, add the prunes and the dried apricots and grind again.

Add brown sugar, cinnamon cognac. Stir.

Thinly roll out the dough and cut out circles. I have a 7 cm diameter Circles should be an even number. On each circle put a bit of filling.
