                        Great cookies! Tender, flavorful and Sunny! Is crumbly and yellow! For fans of corn cakes – a godsend! The recipe is old, like Carl Goldoni somewhere mentioned something like that.

                            In the bowl of a blender put the oil, the egg yolks and add the vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. I took the powder from the "Haas".                             Gently, with dry hands, roll the dough into balls the size of a ping-pong ball and place on a sheet of parchment looser. Then flatten cookies with a fork to give a more flat and beautiful shape.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Remove from sheet and cool on a wire rack.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Cooled cookies generously sprinkled with powdered sugar – I have "Haas", for decorating desserts.
