Chicken meatballs in dill sauce
Recipes chicken cutlets sea... I suggest for your judgement your variant. Juicy, incredibly tender meatballs with white dill sauce.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Cream

    500 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

Chicken grind together with the onion. Add the egg, 2 tbsp of breadcrumbs, salt. Our stuffing is ready.

Prepare the dill oil. 1 bunch of dill finely chop and mix with butter.

Form a sausage, wrap in clingfilm and put it in the fridge.

While our butter is frozen, prepare the white sauce. Pan estopim oil and add chopped dill. Good mix.

Add 2 tbsp flour and stirring constantly, pour the cream. Salt. Bring to a boil, cook 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Start to make our cakes. Take 1 tbsp of mincemeat (I didn't do great) and make a flapjack. In the middle of giving a piece of our dill oil.

Close minced oil, having made the region as the sculpt cakes of dough.

Roll in breadcrumbs, first seam side down, and then seam up.

Fry our patties in the pan. Only fry. We put in a deep pan ( my frying pan) Pour the white sauce. When boiling, cook until tender on low heat.

Cutlets are ready! Can be served with any of your favorite side dish!
