Apple pastis Gascon
At nature we always take something sweet. When the barbecue is eaten and all get some rest - it's time to drink tea. In Gascony pastis called a very thin, almost transparent dough (we have a phyllo dough) from which to construct traditional pies. Delicate crispy dough, sweet filling salted caramel is all the pie.

Ingredients

  • Phyllo dough

    500 g

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Apples cut into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Melt 100 g of butter.

Add sugar, honey, cinnamon.

Soy sauce Cccommon.

Bring to a boil and add apples, cook until apples are soft and do not sacramentoca. Add 1 tablespoon of brandy and cool.

Melt the remaining butter. Each sheet of Filo pastry slush. At the bottom of the spread sheet forms 3-4, as a basis, leaving the bumpers.
