In season zucchini offered to prepare a simple and delicious salad.

  • Zucchini

    3 kg

  • Carrots

    0.5 kg

  • Onion

    0.5 kg

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Vinegar

    100 ml

  • Seasoning

    1 pack

  • Garlic

    2 piece

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Carrots grate on a grater for Korean carrot.

Finely chop the onion.

Zucchini peel and seeds, grate on a grater for Korean carrot.

Put all in a pot, mix with salt and sugar, pour the vinegar and oil, add seasoning for Korean carrot. Add the chopped garlic and mix well. Lay in sterilized jars and sterilize for 30 minutes. Roll up and wrap until cool!
