Pate of mushrooms
Delicious pate for toast and crispy toast.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    50 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Spices

  • Butter

    50 g

Half of the butter (25 g) to melt on medium heat and slightly fry in it the onion and garlic.

Add the chopped mushrooms, cream, wine, salt, pepper and spices (I added a pinch of nutmeg), fry on medium heat until 3/4 of the liquid has evaporated.

That's what happened.

Grind the mushrooms in a blender or skip several times through a fine grate grinder.

Add softened butter and mix well.

Pour into bowls, cool and in the refrigerator for further hardening. Bon appetit!!!
