Cooking
Boil water for the buckwheat, lower the bag and cook until tender.
Meanwhile, slice olives slices, pepper cubes and finely chop garlic. Once the buckwheat is cooked, gently open the bag and put the cereal into a suitable container. Add the garlic, mix well.
Add olives, pepper and parsley, mix well.
To fill salad with vegetable oil, sprinkle with lemon juice, add sugar, salt and pepper, mix well.
Put the salad on plates with the help of cooking rings. Decorate as desired and serve.
