Rice TM Mistral, medium-grained, the "Japonica", rinse thoroughly.
Rice, milk, vanilla and a pinch of salt to cook porridge. If you like sweeter, add the porridge a tablespoon of sugar.
Ready rice porridge mixed with cream cheese and honey. The whole mixture is put in blender and whip for 3-5 minutes.
Should get a homogeneous mixture without lumps. This is the basis of candy. In this mixture, you can add, to Your taste, different spices or candied fruit, crushed nuts etc. My version - without additives, "classic option". Put the mixture in the fridge for an hour.
Get a lot out of the fridge and form the candy into balls and then roll them in the cocoa. If you do not like bitterness - mix cocoa with powdered sugar.
Candy ready. They need to be stored in the refrigerator. A pleasant tea.
