Sultan Turkish delight
Gentle, soft. Very easy and quick to prepare. Surprise and delight your guests and create a sense of Oriental tales.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    3.5 cup

  • Semolina

    8 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    10 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 pack

  • Cream

    1 pack

  • Coconut shavings

    120 g

  • Hazelnuts

Cooking

In a pan pour milk, place the sugar, semolina and sifted flour. Put on the fire until boiling, constantly stir the contents.

Add coconut 3/4 Cup, stir.

Then add vanilla, stir. The oil then also mix everything. At constant memani cook for 3 min.

Remove the pan from the heat, pour dry whipped cream and mix all very well.

Give a little to cool.

Big spoon take the weight, coat it in coconut flakes, giving it form. I got 14 PCs.
