Chicken with cashew nuts in Chinese
Offer you quick, simple and delicious dinner in Chinese style. Meat and nuts are very popular in China. This dish is self-sufficient in and of itself, can be eaten without garnish.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Starch

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Cashews

    80 g

  • Apple juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    1 tsp

  • Green onions

    2 piece

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Pepper

    1 piece

Take the egg and lightly whisk.

Take the chicken fillet. You can take the breast and you can cut the flesh from the thighs. Fillet cut into cubes or strips. I prefer strips. Fillet is added to beaten egg white, starch and salt, stir. Salt be careful.

On strongly heated pan (like a wok or thick bottom), pour vegetable oil, put chicken in batter and stirring constantly, fry for 1 minute. Once the meat turns white, spread on a plate.

In the same oil fry for a few seconds finely chopped ginger root and green onions.

Add the chopped red bell pepper. The Chinese, by the way, I prefer green, but to me it tastes bitter. Pepper cut in the same way as chicken: cubes or strips. Fry 1 minute, stirring, on high heat.

Add the soy sauce TM Kikkoman.

Put fried chicken and cashew nuts.

Add spicy chili sauce and Apple juice, stir and simmer 5 minutes.
