A spectacular salad of simple ingredients - vegetables in season. Hearty and very tasty!

Mayonnaise

Cooking
Eggs, potatoes, carrots, beets, boil, peel. All RUB on a fine grater.
Put in a dish a layer of potatoes, stamped mayonnaise.
A layer of pickles. It do not need to grease.
Next, stack the beet+mayonnaise on top.
Layer carrots and again grease with mayonnaise.
Up - grated eggs. For decoration I have prepared paint in two colors pink (with beet juice) and yellow (with carrot juice) mixed with mayonnaise.
Flowers from the egg, previously plunged into beet juice. Decorate at your discretion, how to play fantasy! Happy new year everyone!
