A light salad with mushrooms and crab sticks
The salad won me over with its lightness and juiciness. Think he will be a worthy decoration of any holiday table or a quiet family evening, a riot of colors and variety of tastes on one plate. This salad I dedicate to my beloved husband, who yesterday was birthday. Love and be loved!

Ingredients

  • Lemon

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Olives

    10 piece

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Crab sticks

    0.5 pack

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

The first thing you need to defrost the crab sticks.

Mushrooms, pepper, and crab need to be cleaned.

Mushrooms cut into plates and fry until Golden brown. Remove from the pan and cool. Crab sticks, ham and peppers should be cut into strips.

To connect (a couple of sliced mushrooms to leave for decoration), salt (if needed) and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice (I added 1 tsp) and season with olive oil. Mix gently.

Put the salad on a serving plate, decorate with mushrooms, sliced black olives and greens.

Top the salad a bit you can even sprinkle with a mixture of ground pepper and serve. Help yourself!!!
