Walnut pudding
"Walnut pudding" This pudding is quite a popular dessert in the United States. Its structure is very delicate, and the taste is fragrant and nutty. What modest – just melts in your mouth! Fritz Brenner treats!

Ingredients

  • Bread

    1 cup

  • Butter

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Soda

  • Milk

    210 ml

  • Sweet white wine

    30 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Clean walnuts and

chopped. We need a Cup of chopped nuts.

In a pan melt the butter and

add sugar.

Continuously stir on low heat to melted and not burnt.

Put soda in milk and

mix with the wine.

Pour the milk-wine liquid into the melted sugar.

Hold 2-3 minutes on low heat, then remove and cool.

Whisk in a bowl the eggs, salt and

add to the cooled mixture. Put the vanilla and mix well.

Bread (loaf) cut into cubes.

Oil the baking dish and spread it evenly bread.

Sprinkle on top of bread walnuts, leaving only 1/4 part.

Pour the cream and

sprinkle with remaining nuts.

Bake for 30-45 minutes (depending on how thick it turned out pudding) at a temperature of 170-180°C. Aromatic meal!
