Description

Cooking
First prepare the Apple-pear puree. Pear peel and cut into thin small pieces.
Manually or using a juicer squeeze the juice from the apples.
Then pour the pears Apple juice and cook until soft pears. Beat with a mixer and puree is ready.
Softened butter to mix with sugar.
Add sour cream and soda (quenching is not necessary, as there is sour cream). Mix well.
Add the flour and knead the dough.
Form for baking grease with vegetable oil, fill the dough. Bake until ready.
