Cooking
Cereal and butter fry in a pan.
Yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar
Beat well until white foam.
Add hot water and mix well.
Then the sifted cocoa, mix well.
And the sifted flour. Mix well. Optionally, you can add 1/4 tsp of baking soda, but I do not add.
Cold beat the whites in a solid foam with salt.
And a spoon added to the batter, stirring gently from top to bottom.
Form of grease with vegetable oil and pour into it the dough. Bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes ( in a silicone form - 15 minutes, in an iron-20 minutes)
Remove the cake from the mold, cool and cut into 2 parts. Optionally, cakes to impregnate any syrup at your discretion. I like this showstate...
Make the custard: In a saucepan, mix the sugar with the flour, pour in the milk and mix well. Cook over medium heat until thick, do not boil, stirring constantly. When the cream has thickened, remove from heat, optionally you can add 25 g of butter and chocolate. Mix well until complete dissolution of chocolate. Allow to cool. The bottom layer of the cake to grease cream.
Liberally grease cream and sides too. On the night of 12 hours, and more.
Then liberally sprinkle the cake and sides with grated on a coarse grater chocolate.
And here's a little bit closer... very tasty and Very unusual... enjoy your tea!
