Salad of tomatoes and onions
Offer a recipe of another piece of tomato. Itself this salad my first time, but tried it at a party (hence the recipe).

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    1 kg

  • Onion

    500 g

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

  • Water

    1 l

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    3 tsp

Onions and tomatoes wash and peel (this only applies to bow). Cut tomatoes into circles, and onion rings (if the onion is large, then the half rings). Put in clean jars (I used half-liter) layers: a layer of tomatoes, layer of onions, a pinch of rosemary (or other spicy herbs) and so on to the top of the jar.

Now, to each jar add the vinegar and vegetable oil. (In the ingredients, I wrote that EVERY!!! a half-liter jar on 2st. liter of vinegar and oil, I've had 3 cans, then I went 6st. liter of vinegar and 6st. l of oil)

Prepare the marinade - boil water with sugar and salt. The marinade is based on ONE LITER of water!!! Depending on jars of marinade may take both less and more (I had 1 liter). Hot marinade pour the cans to the top.

Put sterilized for 15 minutes. After the banks roll up (or close, if you eurocracy), allow to cool. I put them in the pantry.
