Vegetable casserole of cabbage and potatoes
This is my improvisation was preparing as a side dish for my husband and our baby. My husband loved it, said would eat this pudding every day is for me the best compliment :). A minimum of ingredients and a delicate, delicious casserole.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Cabbage

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    60 g

  • Dill

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Butter

Cooking

Potatoes I pre-cooked.

Then blend in blender with butter until creamy.

Then milled in a blender lightly boiled cabbage (I left after a cabbage).

Cut finely the dill and added to the cabbage and mashed potatoes. Slightly Podolia and messed it up.

Mixed the egg, cream, some salt and pepper.

The resulting mixture was spread in a greased form.

And put it in the oven for 30 minutes 200℃.
