Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Soda

  • Cashews

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

Tell me, what is autumn without squash? I have an idea about something make a sort of delicious with this wonderful vegetable! Here are the products we need.

Squash remove seeds and peel (if the zucchini is young and the skin it is soft, it can not clean off), to RUB and squeeze. White chocolate cut into small pieces, cashew chop.

Beat eggs with vanilla and brown sugar.

Pour the cream, add cocoa and again beat. Add soft butter and whisk.

To combine zucchini, nuts, white chocolate and Creamed mixture, mix well.

Add flour mixed with a pinch of baking soda and baking powder, stir well. Put the dough in the greased muffins cups and put in the preheated oven.

Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Here are the wonderful cupcakes I did. The scent is in the house is just fabulous!

The cupcakes are cool, smear the hot cream with the sugar - 2st.l. cream mixed with 2st.l. brown sugar, bring to a boil. Sprinkle the top with chopped cashew nuts.
