Salad with fried mushrooms and Parmesan cheese
Enjoy delicious and simple to prepare salad that can be as a separate dish, and garnish.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    200 g

  • Olive oil

    30 g

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    5 g

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Oyster mushrooms

    100 g

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Parsley

    30 g

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    5 piece

  • Dill

  • Salt

Of these products are going to prepare a salad. Sorry, the garlic I forgot to attach.

Lettuce should be washed, dried and coarsely pick.

Prepare the filling: mix olive oil, vinegar (can be red or white wine), soy sauce, pepper.

Slice the mushrooms, chop finely the garlic and parsley, chopped shavings of Parmesan.

Season the salad and allow to stand.

While the salad is infused, sauté the mushrooms in olive oil, when frying add butter, finely chopped garlic and parsley, salt.

On a plate place a layer of lettuce, top with warm mushrooms and continue to alternate layers of lettuce and mushrooms. The layers are thin, in accordance with the specified number. On top of the salad, sprinkle with cheese shavings and decorate with a sprig of dill.
