Salad with green sprouts buckwheat
Salad "We are the champions" - healthy body, healthy spirit - part 3. Good health to all, and especially in the army, to cope with stress and to be always in good shape, I suggest once a day to eat this salad, then all you will be on the shoulder, and all the cups can be yours!!

Ingredients

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Buckwheat

    6 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Beets

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Cinnamon

The green sprouts of buckwheat to germinate in advance according to the instructions on the package.

Raisins soaked in water and gave it to swell. Nuts will be cut into pieces.

For the filling mix the olive oil with the honey and soy sauce, add a little bit of dill and crush it in a mortar for more flavor. Add to the sauce some cinnamon.

Mix all the vegetables with buckwheat, nuts and raisins. Serve immediately. Bon appetit!
