Fitness-dessert
A similar dessert I recently tried the chocolate, and since he helps me when I strongly fasting to lose weight. Delicious and healthy - I just eat it for Breakfast and for lunch. You can make it more dense and then there is dessert! And you can make a more liquid - would be a great diet drink.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Dried apricots

    6 piece

  • Prunes

    6 piece

  • Oat flakes

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Jam

    1 Tbsp

  • Mint

Cooking

Prunes and dried apricots wash.

Add oatmeal and all grind using a blender.

Add honey.

Add the cherry jam D arbo.

Again to break a blender, adding the yogurt (kefir, fermented baked milk)

The amount of yogurt adjust themselves, based on what thickness you want to get dessert. Put in the glasses (the bowl), decorate with the mint. Bon appetit!
