Queen of puddings
"Queen of puddings" is one of the most delicious British puddings. Composed of: white bread crumbs, custard (with the addition of lemon peel and vanilla), raspberry jam or jam and "cap" of airy meringue. Very tasty dessert, like a king! Try it ;)

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

I used brown sugar Mistral "Small". Separate eggs into whites and yolks. Proteins put into the refrigerator.

Mix the egg yolks with 25 g of brown sugar and vanilla.
