Chicken meatballs in mushroom sauce
A gentle, sweet sauce with tasty chicken meatballs. My source was from Sonali-sonulya. Thanks for the amazing recipe.

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Roll

    3 slice

  • Spices

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Broth

    2 cup

  • Dry white wine

    0.5 cup

  • Dill

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

Meat skip through Mincer. Onions were rubbed across the grater.

Add spices

Add all the remaining ingredients for meatballs.Mix well and put the stuffing in the refrigerator.

Over medium heat in a large skillet, melt the butter . Sauté the mushrooms and onions until Golden brown.

Add the flour and constantly razmeshivaya, fry flour 2 minutes.

Then add the sour cream and mix well.

Gradually add broth and wine, 1/2 Cup, stirring well between each addition (the easiest to stir with a whisk) to avoid lumps.

Remove the mince from the fridge. Form small meatballs, about the size of a walnut.

Put meatballs in sauce, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until cooked meatballs, 10-15 minutes.
