Cooking
Take the beets (medium size), boil until tender, peel.
Pour soy sauce TM Kikkoman.
Add paprika, mustard with beans, red wine vinegar, olive oil.
Cut thin onion rings ( I have small, red), finely chop garlic, greens of mint and Basil.
Mix everything and put in the cold to marinate, preferably overnight.
Pickled beets can be eaten in this form, but tasty, sprinkle with cubes of feta (Fetaki, bryndza) and roasted nuts, I have pine. Bon appetit!
