Chocolate banana pie
Wonderful cake with a moist texture and rich chocolate flavor.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    400 g

  • Flour

    245 g

  • Cocoa powder

    75 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Soda

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Banana

    1 cup

  • Water

    240 ml

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Sunflower oil

    120 ml

  • Vanilla

    1.5 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    227 g

  • Cream

    180 ml

  • Butter

    14 g

Preheat the oven to 180 gr. The form (size 23*33 cm) grease and line a rimmed baking paper. In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda and salt.

In another bowl combine eggs, bananas, water, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat with a whisk.

The resulting mass add to dry mixture.

Stir or beat with a whisk. The dough will be quite liquid. You must be confused.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake 35 - 45 minutes until dry toothpick. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.

For the ganache put the chocolate in a bowl. Cream connect with butter, bring to a boil (boil is not necessary) and immediately pour them chocolate. Leave on for 5 minutes.

Then mix thoroughly until smooth.

Fully cooled ganache and whisk until soft and air condition.
